Best overall digital camera
( - 6/28/06)I've been a Sony digital person for yrs. They are great cameras with awesome lens.
But the FZ30 has them beat.
All the reviews shown are great. Add my love of this camera to all the others.
All should look on the web before purchasing tho'. I paid $429.00 for mine and the next week they were on sale for $395 at the same place.
There ARE aftermarket batteries available that give up to 5 hrs recording. And 5X MD SB cards available out there. I have one. Extremely fast cards that lose no pixels no matter how fast you shoot.
This camera has all the features that a photographer could want. And more than most can use.
I have not experienced any of the noise some speak about. But I an going to just get a NeatImage program just in case. I could use that program anyway along with my PhotoShoppe.
Try this camera. You WILL like it.
