I have the new FS5. Is there a adapter that allows the use of regular AAAA batts?

I only ask because I travel enough that recharging is not always an option. It's easier to have spare batts in those pinches.

Doubtful. When you say "recharging isn't always an option" what do you mean? You have solar options, USB charging via laptop, AC converters to over 150 country's, even wind power. You can always find a way to charge.
