As a new user, I want to buy a digital camera of any make which can give me a better performance by quality of picture. the range s $175 to $250

With only price as a criterion, I would go for the Panasonic FX01. This camera has gotten very good reviews from many users.

I also recommend the Panasonic FX01. Its a great camera and its cheap considering the quality that you get. I own this camera and I am amazed at how well it does for general purposes. Its not the best to shoot with far away, but then again I dont think you really can get that with a camer ain this price range. I have seen cameras more expensive that dont put out the quality that this camera does.
