what is the best setting for a indoor stadium graduatiion on my panasonic dmcfz50

my daughters graduation this week and i cant master the settings in auditorium they are blurry ghosty and grainy any help is appreciated

go to scene mode
choose party
set iso to 100
set aspect ratio 16 :9
set af mode to ...H
set flash to auto

thanks for the reply however the settings did not produce clear pics either i have tried everything all the out door ones are superb but indoors are horrible?

thanks for the answer however the graduation pics frim the indoor arena were very blurry and grainy. Seems these type of pics are always a problem i dont know why.
