Hi Im planning to buy LS80 camera,but i have one question:Can i use LS80 as Card Reader ; just plug the USB and the removable drive appers ??? This is ver important for my job, i don want camera with only PTP or MTP transfer mode.

This is how almost all of the cameras work. What might be even one step better for you is if you bought an SD card reader, so you wouldn't even need the drivers for the camera.

I agree with Aditya on this. A SD card reader is your best bet, and you will save on camera battery life by using one too.
