Lumix DMC-TZ50S vs Lumix DMC-TZ5K vs Luminix DMC-TZ4K

Would you be willing to tell me the differences between these 3 cameras?

They appear to have the same specs, with possibly the missing Wi-Fi on the T25K. Would you agree or is there a glaring difference that I just did not notice?

These are also the differences I see between the cameras:

DMC-TZ4K had a different image sensor: 1/2.5", 8.32 Total Megapixels CCD, Primary Color Filter
compared to DMC-TZ5K and DMC-TZ50S 1/2.33", 10.7 Total Megapixels CCD, Primary Color Filter

ALSO - DMC-TZ50S had a lens construction of 11 Elements in 9 Groups (3 Aspherical Lenses/4 Aspherical Surfaces, 1 ED Lens)
compared to the other two which had N/A.

How important are these details? To me this difference in lens construction stands out as important, but perhaps not.

Also - I see a difference in White Balance, Dedicated Button/Mode Switch

Basically I went to the Panasonic site and compared the three cameras and would like to know what your opnion is on what I should give credence to. See if this link will work:

A smaller CCD with more MP is going to invite more noise to the party in low light. So I'd go with the TZ4K, IMHO.

Can you lower the MP on the TZ5K to diminish the noise?
