Camera recommendation which has both wide angle (approx. 28mm) and optical view finder features?

I'm looking for a relatively compact camera which can take wide angle shots, does well in low-light conditions, and has a view finder. This camera is sometimes used to take photos at permanent photo points and the view finder makes repeatability of photos easier. I'd like to spend less than $350. Any recommendations? Thanks
-todd

Go with the Panasonic TZ3. It's a tad more expensive, but is very popular with professionals using as a backup pocket camera. Secondly, go with the Canon G9.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the Panasonic TZ3 doesn't seem to have a view finder either? Are you thinking of a different model? The Canon G9 is a bit more than I was planning to spend.

My mistake, I meant the LX3. But it's way more than even the G9. I think the other option is the Canon SD990. It has much the same functions as the G9/G10, including the DIGIC IV processor. And it comes with a viewfinder, IIRC.

Well it looks like I'm out of luck. The LX3 is not have a wide angle lens and the Canon SD990 doesn't have a view finder. Thanks for your efforts, though.
