Can this camera handle cards up to 150 read/write speed ?

Your Pentax *ist DL should have no problems with the faster card. In fact, it should record the images more seamlessly allowing you to take pictures in faster succession as the camera allows.

I have been running the Transcend 2GB 150X Secure Digital Card from GlobalComputer in my *ist DL for the last couple of months without any trouble.
It also allows me to shoot up to 7 frames before slowing down!!!!!!!!!!
