Pentax K20D

I purchased the camera with a Pentax 18-200mm lens and would highly recommend this combination.
The Pentax K20D for all of its advanced features is remarkably easy to use; it can take professional quality pictures in any weather condition. You cannot find a better camera for an Alaska fishing trip or an African safari.
The pictures from this camera are absolutely stunning! My primary reason for purchasing this camera was picture quality in an all weather DSLR camera. I looked at a number of cameras and settled on the K20D and I'm convinced that I got the best camera in its class and excellent value for my money.
The editing software that comes with the camera is adequate but I preferred Corel Paint Shop Pro, for the cost it’s a very good program, with a free trial period which allows you to test it before you buy.
Overall I would highly recommend this camera, even to a first time DSLR buyer.
