A10
( - 4/7/06)I was looking at the Sony T9 which is 6.0 megapixel, it was small, sexy and compact but then I read the reviews about it being a great day camera but poor at night, I also seen that the newest compact camera's are pushing 8 megapixels... The 8.0 megapixel and very compact size attracted me to the Pentax A10.
Not much in it size wise between the T9 and the Pentax but the extra 2.0 megapixel should make all the difference. Also purchased a 512 mb flash card for it too. My current rating of good is because I am impressed but give me a few days to live with it!!
It feels solid, has a good 2.5 inch LCD and feels like a quality piece of kit. I am impressed with the downloaded images I have on my PC but I will post an update later when I get really familiar with it. Pentax used to make excellent SLR's in the days of old... hopefully this is going to prove the same!
I really should leave my credit card at home but sometimes beautifully formed things I gotta have!!!
