Oh, THANK YOU!
(Mari - 8/17/07)I am so grateful for your honest reviews. I thought it was just me, and not the camera. Even with the rechargeable batteries, I cannot get very many shots off before it runs too low for acceptable performance. Tweaking does no good. This is my first digital, after years and years of SLR cameras, and my disappointment is huge. I have used mostly Canon and Minolta, and will certainly shy away from Pentax. That was $200+ wasted. Thanks again. I'm out the $200 but at least I still have my confidence in my photography abilites.
