Brand new camera - switched it on this morning and the lens came out then the power went off and the lens is stuck out. The battery was fully charged.

The on/off button is not responding and there is no green light showing.

only the way is you go buy any brand new battery without recharge

just plain battery to put in your camera and if worked it must be faulty battires so go buy nimh 3600 recharge battires to recharge it again to full then off you go shot photos

Taking the camera to agent for repair. Had 2 batteries to start with, so it is not a faulty battery problem.
Thanks anyway.
