The Nikon S6 may be a slightly better bet as it has a maximum ISO of 800 compared to the T10's ISO 400. But that difference may not really matter, so choose based on other prices or features if these two are what you have narrowed it down to. WiFi could be pretty cool if you have a wireless network at home, for example (Nikon)...
