I have a "Card full" error displayed on LCD sreen when switch on my Sony Alpha 350 camera

Card formated with camera problem same remain, Card work fine if used on my PC, Card size in 4 Gb, I tried to Repair by using disk repair facility on windows, same result..
if I use a CF card 256 Mb on my camera it's OK??
Is There any internal memory in the camera ? Its possible to delete?
I have completly reset original settings of the camera but problem with card remain.

Are you sure this card is fit for the camera. I think you would better revise the manual.

Thanks for answer, but you didn't read my question, I repeat: Using other CF 256 Mb in MY CAMERA so inserted same way camera work fine

From your description, most probably the computer has written something in the CF card that the camera cannot overide using it's format program.

What I would do is to go back to the computer again and format the card with a FAT command. This would remove all the info previously written on the card.

Then use the camera to format the card a second time. It should let you use the card again.

If, for any reason, the computer fail to wipe the info, try a demo version of Media Wiper, followed by formating the card with your camera.
