stopped working one day to another

I love this camera, it is very user friendly in my opinion, it is a bit heavy but the quality of pictures is worth the wait. Well it had to be the day of a wedding when i turn it on and the view finder image is distorted to the point were the screen sometimes goes black. If you tap the camera from the bottom it seems to want to have picture come in, also i noticed that the display screen has like a yellowish tone to it that also when tapped on the bottom of camera turns white again. I am very upset being that I like my camera so much does anyone know where i can send it to possibly get fixed. thanks
