Simply put, the OS doesn't have drivers for it and it's probably too soon for SONY to have written them for an upgrade. But when they do, it'll be available at sonystyle.com under customer care.
An easy work around is to simply use a memory card reader that can pick up on the Memory stick. It'll read your stick as a drive and then it's a simple drag and drop.
