I don't know what is wrong with your camera or how much it would cost to repair it, therefore I'm not sure if it is worth it. However, I do know that battery is pretty much only for that series of cameras that was first manufactured about 36 mo. ago. Also, sometime within the last year, Sony decided to start manufacturing new cards for their cameras. With an adapter, these cards can used in old cameras. If you only have a card that you got when you bought the camera, you won't be able to reuse this either. Personally, I would just go out to the camera store and buy a new camera. Don't worry about using your old stuff cause it won't work on any of them unless you buy an older model off the internet.
