Why am I getting "no memory space" only taken 120 pics, memorystick PRO 512 MB. no problem before.

Cyber-shot 7.2 megapixels. why am I getting no memory space warning. I should be able to take lots more pics and only have about 120 on now. nothing in manual. I have 512 MB stick and even tried a brand new formatted stick with nothing on it and after taking a couple of pics, get the same warning. stick is no locked if that makes any difference. I have travelled a lot and never had any problems before. I am on a great trip and cant take pics!!!!! HELP!
please email - hope you have answer

My guess is that your photos are being saved as a very high resolution. It might have reset itself. If you can go into the camera's setup menus, you should find a screen to change photo resolution, and bump down the size of the photos. Note that you can't do this with photos you've already taken, so if you want to save all of those and keep shooting you'll have to get another stick... but that may be why it started suddenly having much less space than before.
