You can either delete them one by one by scrolling through in Playback mode and choosing Delete, or you can choose Reformat card from the Setup menu on the camera. Reformat will erase everything.

In order to reformat memory stick, press menu button to initiate setup mode. Next, press arrow button until you highlight: Format OK. All data in memory stick will be erased after you press OK.
