How do I clear a file error off my camera?

I am trying to delete pictures off my camera and I keep getting a file error. It won't let me delete the pritures or download them on to my computer.

Try going into the camera's setup menu and reformatting the memory card. This is probably a memory card error and reformatting the card should delete the pictures and reset the card so that it works again. Hopefully.
