Here's a great link- you can enter the model# and date you bought your camera and they will estimate repairs for you and get the process started. This is excellent if you're looking for pricing on the repair or need to find a service center near you.
If you're having problems with the LCD screen, then you may fall under the warning that pops up on that page regarding the CCD issue. Sony has had some complaints of faulty CCDs and from October 05 to October 07 they are repairing them free of charge. If this is the problem with your camera you should be able to get repairs for no charge.
Here's a troubleshooting link to help determine your problem, and if you'd rather you can call them at 1-800-222-7669.
