You can get another copy from the Sony website free of charge.
Go to this site and key in your camera model. It will lead you to the page for the driver and the manual.
The last software you need is probably a picture viewer. There are plenty of free viewers in the internet for you to download. Irfanview and Picasa are two of the popular ones.
Just key in either one in the search field of internet and you can access the relevant sites to download one or both into your computer.
As an alternative, you need not install a software to hook your camera to the computer. Buy a card reader and you can forget about the install disc of DSC-P92.
