It accepts the Memory Stick PRO Duo (MSX-M256A, MSX-M512A). This would bring it up to 512MB effectively. I don't see what it wouldn't accept it. But allow me to make a case for not buying a 1GB and instead opting for two 512 MB sticks instead.

The reason? Insurance. Should one fail, you have a second one to continue shooting with until you have an opportunity to run a utility to recover lost data and attempt to recover the stick.

Bigger isn't always better.
