factory kit parts

I have a camera and memory sticks, but do not have charger, patch cord for computer and software. where can I buy these parts and do I need anything else. I am trying to get this together for my daughter and girlscout events as her first camera and I don't want to spend a small fortune to do this. Thank you

Well, I'd try eBay. You can get just about everything hardware wise there. For software, manuals, etc. Head on over to Sony's support site, select software downloads under downloads adn drivers and input your model number. You can then get your software, and even a PDF copy of your manual.

What concerns me is that if you just bought this camera, and it didn't come with software, the manual, warranty card, and other important accessories, then you may have bought something that is considered "gray market" merchandise.

If something is gray market, it means that - although you may have gotten a great deal on it - it doesn't come with a warranty that will be honored here in this country. Which means if something goes wrong with the camera, you'll either have to send it to China to repair or pay to have it fixed yourself.

Be warned.

Thank you for your response. Actually, You may not believe this, but I found it in a parking garage during a busy time of our city. I left info with the two securitry companys in the building, waited 6 mos, and have not heard anything back, so unless I hear something I was acting on assembeling this to work. I have two digitals that I won't let my daughter use so....
