Editors' Comments

Sony steadies your hand with the DSC-T9's Super SteadyShot optical image stabilization. Looking eerily similar to the elegant DSC-T7, the Sony DSC-T9 needed a little something extra to set itself apart. The 6 megapixel sensor is nice, but not as much of an incentive to trade up as the optical image stabilization is. With a camera this small (.8 inches thick), even slight tremors of the hand can knock a picture out of whack. The Super SteadyShot stabilization works to counteract those wobbles and wiggles to leave you with crisp, satisfying photos.
