Hi Mike,
Sony makes a telephoto converter lens for the DSC-V3. You can get it here on their site, or you can look at places like eBay and Amazon's marketplace to try and get a better deal. Make sure you get the official Sony-brand lens if you go the auction route. The camera is fairly old, so I don't know how Sony's stock is going to be on this particular product. Hope this helps!
