my 32mb memory stick capacity not appering and utilised to full size

few days back when camera set on VGA(E-Mail) mode was shooting some 64 snaps ,now on same setting it shoots only 24 and indicates no memory.

Interesting. If you've already downloaded the photos you want, try reformatting the card via your camera's menus. This will erase all images, so make sure to get them off first. Reformatting will reset the card and might solve the problem.

Thanks for the good advise but I had done all this reformating, I deleted all photos and other things still the capacity reamins very low

Is it possible that your camera is set to a higher resolution now? If you go into the camera menus and check, if it's now set on Fine or something like that, the file size will be larger and thus the photos will be taking up more space. If you reset your camera at any point this might have defaulted to a larger file size than what you had previously.

Good efforts but my camera has been set on VGA(E-Mail) which has minimum size. So this is not the right answer.
