Could have lasted longer
(Levent Ileri - 6/2/08)I had this camera exactly 3 years from the date I purchased it at BestBuy. It stopped working all of a sudden on my last trip. I cannot turn it on again. I read articles about Sony's charging $181. This is an unacceptable customer service on Sony's side, as it is supposed to help her customers with best and extended services. Now, I am asking myself whether I should consider switching to Canon series as I was a Sony fan for over 20 years! I guess it takes $181 for a loyal customer to change sides. Shame on you Sony!
