Editors' Comments
The Sony Cybershot G1 looks like an ultracompact, but it's a little bigger than you might first expect (or ever want). That's because they have to cram 1.86GB (yes, gigabytes) of internal memory into this camera, not to mention a Wi-Fi adapter for wireless photo transfers. Oh, and there's a 3.5-inch LCD screen. Yes, that extra bulk is there for a reason, and it might be a good enough reason to pick up the G1. With the G1, you can even ignore buying a Memory Stick card to store your photos, as the ample internal memory can hold 600 best-quality photos at a time.
For the $600 price tag, we wish they had buffed up the actual camera specs a little. 6 megapixels, 3x optical zoom... it's pretty run-of-the-mill at this point. We're not sure that the extra use as a portable photo album is worth an extra money, especially when you can pick up an arguably better digital camera with higher specs for about half that.

Best Digital Cameras with Wi-Fi / Wireless Capability
For photographers on the go, dealing with memory cards or internal hard-drives can be a nuisance. No one wants to miss a picture-perfect moment because the camera has run out of space! Luckily, camera manufacturers have slowly started to make the leap to wireless technology. Although this new technology is limited by the availability of Wi-Fi signals, it offers another option for users who wish to streamline the uploading process.
