Looking for quick flash refresh, good zoom, and movie w/ sound?

I am looking for a camera that has good flash refresh time, i find most of my photos are inside, also a decent zoom. In addition my current sony p-52's movie function needs very high light for it to come out, i am looking for a movie w/ sound function that will come out in standard indoor lighting.

The Sony Cybershot H5 is perfect for you especially if you are a fan of Sony already. It takes amaznig stills with 12x optical zoom no less. Plus it has top notch video capture abilities with sound. The high ISO rating insure good photos in low indoor light and a quick flash rechange, not the fast out there, but quick. All these features and many more make this a well round package that I am sure you will be happy with.
