No. GPS wasn't all the rage in 07. It was just coming out though. My recommendation is to check out the Gisteq Photo Trackr. With it, any camera can have GPS capability. It's a very cool accessory from GiSTEQ which not only logs the date/time but also GPS coordinates. And the best part is it fits in your pocket. Using GPS, you can log every shot you take with it and then incorporate the information to not only know when you took it, but you can map where you took those pictures using Google Maps and Flickr. Very cool. I'd double check with the Gisteq website about iPhoto 09 however, since it's so new.

Actually the H7 does have a GPS attachment that you can get with it. It was heavily marketed by Sony, but as it wasn't that popular, its not that well marketed anymore, but is carried in almost any Sony Style store, as well as some other big box retailers. It's essentially the same thing as the Gisteq Photo tracker, but the Sony version is proprietary, meaning there's a chance it will be more compatible, but the deeper meaning is that it will probably cost significantly more.

It may interest you to know that Sony released the first GPS photo logger a few years back. It wasn't cheap then and it's not cheap now.
