someone knows where the reset button is on this camera?

Camera doesn't start, only displays the SONY logo. It freezes and nothing happens. I'm searching for the RESET button or some suggestions. Thank you.

To "initialize" to the default setting, select [Initialize] with ^, V, <, >, then press O (circle icon). the message "initialize all settings" appears. Select [OK] with ^, then press O. The settings are reset to the default settings.

Then there's a good chance it needs to be serviced. A firmware update may help. Check the website. Absent that, I'd be talking to SONY about a warranty repair.

i think i woll do so, I visited a local sony repairshop and they were mute. They said that normally every malfunction has an error code but the aperture ring, so either is that, or the mainboard or the firmware as you said. Thank you for the answer!
