I'm not sure what software you are using to download the pictures, but that could be your problem. Try using Google's free Picasa to download the pictures and see if the same problem happens. It could be a setting in your software the triggered all of the pictures to be imported as continuous video. Hope this helps, if not get back to us, and we'll try and help further.
