When I plug the charger up the light comes on for about 10 seconds, then goes off. I have 2 batteries and it's doing it to both. Bad charger?

It's possible. It's also possible you have two bad batteries, if you happened to buy them together. If you can try a different charger without having to buy one, that'd be best. Also check inside the camera and make sure the battery connections are clean.

Thanks Brenda, I bought the extra battery after the first one so I don't think it would be the batteries. Since I use it in my business I contacted customer service and they are having me send the charger in.
