hey my zoom lens wont go back in i have charged the battary and it still wont go back in any ideas

You can find a PDF copy at SONY STYLE under Customer Support. PDF copies are great because they are searchable.

But as for your zoom being stuck, try cycling the camera on/off several times. Lenses can sometimes get knocked out of alignment by a wayward jarring or even a drop of a few inches. Cycling the camera on/off will help the lens work it's way back in.

But never force the lens, you could stip the rails.
