Default reddish hues in skin tones taken with the DSC-T30

Has anyone else experienced this? Everytime I would take pictures of people in auto mode with flash, their skintones would come out a bit flushed (looked like they had been drinking). In fact, most pictures came out somewhat warm in tone. The only time when people's skin tones did not come out warm/red was I used Program Mode and tested ISO 400-1000 but then there was a lot of noise in the picture. Just wanted to know if anyone was able to get around the reddish hue problem.

Also when I took indoor pictures without flash using ISO 800 and 1000, the pictures would come out all blurry and yellow. Any replies on how to get around both of these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thx.
