does anyone have a problem with the camera switching modes without touching the wheel

i am tryin to take a picture and the wheel moves to either movie or another setting. i had sony "fixed" the problem twice and what do you know, it happens again.

Simply put, it's a design fault. The Wheel will simply work it's way loose to the point where it'll move like that. My recommendation would be to request an RMA replacement and get a different model.
