In your menu settings there's an icon that looks like a camera with a hand. That's the Steadyshot icon and will activate the anti-blur function with you press the shutter half way down. It'll also be automatically set in Easy shooting or auto adjustment modes. But in low light situations or in cases where the shake is extreme, the Steadyshot anti-blur function won't work properly.
