I'd get a camera bag, extra memory stick. That's about it. Maybe an extra battery.

Certainly it is going to depend on what you want to do with the camera but you will want to get a memory stick as one is not supplied and the internal memory of the camera is about 15MB. The battery is rechargeable and is supplied with the camera as well as the charger. The battery must be removed from the camera to charge though so you may want an extra battery. The battery is rated to last for 3 hours while shooting pictures and 6 hours while viewing them so consider that in your choice. The camera comes with software to help you load the pictures onto your computer as well as wiring to attach it to your computer or television. The only other things you may want to consider are a carrying bag though it is small and will fit in a bag or pocket or maybe a tripod if you want one for stills.
