DIGITALADVISOR RAISES FUNDING FROM NEW INVESTORS; SPINS OFF FROM EXPEDIA/TRIPADVISOR

Cambridge, MA June 19, 2007 – DigitalAdvisor LLC announced today that it has officially spun off from its prior owner, TripAdvisor LLC, (a subsidiary of Expedia, Inc).   The company has raised a round of growth capital from venture firms including Riga Ventures and Spinnaker Capital LLC as well as private investors.

DigitalAdvisor has also moved its headquarters to 14 Arrow St. in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA, to accommodate its anticipated growth.

·         David Parker, Founder and CEO.  Parker most recently was a Co-Founder and VP of Business Development for SoundBite Communications, a leading provider of on-demand automated voice messaging solutions; prior to that he was VP of Business Development for Direct Hit, a search engine company.

·         Stephen Kaufer, Co-Founder and CEO of TripAdvisor, currently the third largest online travel site on the web and the leading online travel community site in the world.

·         Langley Steinert, Founder and CEO of CarGurus, a leading online auto community. Steinert was formerly Chairman and co-founder of TripAdvisor.

·         Steve Woit, the founder of Riga Ventures who has served as EVP Sales and Marketing at Bitpipe, a CommonAngels portfolio company acquired by TechTarget, Inc. for $40 million in Dec., 2004.
