Canon PowerShot ELPH 140 IS
The Canon ELPH 140 is on track for the budget price point.

A budget-priced compact from Canon, the ELPH 140 looks on track for the price point. It's a basic camera with only 720p video and minimal features. It does, however, beat out the speed specs for it's closest competitor, the Nikon S3600 with a 3.3 fps burst (S3600: 1.1). The ELPH 140 also has the best macro shooting for this price point, focusing on objects as close as .4 inches from the front of the lens. If you only have $130 to spend, it's certainly a good option.
