Canon makes some high quality compacts, and the ELPH 340 sits right in line with our exceptions. It uses a 1/2.3” sensor and f3.6 to 7 lens, which is about average for the price point. What's worth mentioning, however, is the nice 10.5 fps continuous shooting mode for action shots. HD videos are recorded at 30 fps in 1920x1280. It also includes wi-fi for remote uploads and easy sharing and a sleek and stylish exterior.
