Canon PowerShot S200 Comments & Questions (write your own!)
You're going to want to set the camera on shutter dependent to experiment with this. The long exposures is the correct approach, but your aperture might have been left open too long. You'll also want to set the camera down to ISO 50 to reduce the light intensity. You'll also want to make sure the aperature is at its minimum for the camera (f/4.0). Unfortunately, that isn't that tight, so your camera might not work the best for this. For longer exposures in daylight, you'll need an aperture that goes smaller than f/10. Good luck and happy shooting.

I'm not sure if you meant the Canon Powershot S200 ( digitalcamera-hq.com/digita... ). The manual for that camera can be found on the Canon site here ( alpha02u.c-wss.com/inc/Appl... ).

...well, a tiny, tiny tank. Takes great snapshots. Excellent build quality. Just upped my game to a Rebel XT based on my experience with this camera. Holding on to this gem, though. I wonder if it will go 10 years?

Takes great snapshots. Never a single problem.

This little guy has been with me for years now, and the 2MP pics seem a little wimpy now but it has been tireless. It's small size has meant I could keep it with me, so it's been a good witness to a lot of trips to museums, zoos, and random strange crap.

Well, when the camera worked it worked well. I was satisfied with the pictures. One thing I didn't like was when it took about 5 seconds to take the picture from when I press the button.
And now it does not take pictures at all. I took it to the store for repair and they said it would not be cost effective to have it fixed.
