The Z16 is a no-frills novice ultra-compact point-and-shoot designed to look cheap and pretty on store shelves for the 2010 holiday season. It has a minimal 3x optical zoom, optical image stabilization, and a rather speedy continuous-shooting mode for a camera in this class, and hey, it's only $99. It's nothing special, at all, but might be a decent, relatively inexpensive gift for a young teenager who wants to try his or her hand at photography.
