Fuji FinePix F80EXR
Editor's Review
The F80EXR is an older model from Fujifilm. In has excellent image quality thanks to its oversized CCD sensor. It's a solid purchase if you can find it for a good price, though Fuji's newer travel zooms, the F550EXR and F500EXR, both have more versatile lenses and fuller feature sets. But if your primary concern is awesome picture quality and you want a fairly versatile camera, the F80 should get the job done -- scoop one up while they're still available.

But, if you want to try, this would be one of your better options. It has a larger sensor than most similar cameras, which definitely helps improve the quality of shots in poor lighting. Another option would be the Nikon S8100 -- not perfect, but consistent.

Sony's HDR HDD Camcorders can do it, IIRC.
The usage is for shooting during my business trip to oversea, beside that I need one camera which can shoot w/o flash because I do not like flash effect which whitening your face.haha.
Large view screen,easy to work.
Includes all the necessary features for the amateur. Superior camera for taking pictures in a "no flash allowed" environment.
Simply put, you can't get a camera that's really, really good in low-light AND has a 12x zoom. They just don't make them. 8x-10x is about as good as you'll get.
If you need to buy immediately, I'd say go with the F80EXR. If you can wait a few weeks, take a look at the Canon SD4500 or Nikon S8100. Both are built around CMOS sensors, which are very strong in low lighting, and they have 10x zooms.
The F80EXR though is pretty speedy from all that I've read -- it may not be at the top of its class, but it's certainly not notably slow. One tip, which I'm sure you know already, is to pre-focus: hold the shutter halfway down while you're composing the shot so that it starts to focus, then finish pressing it when you see the image that you want to capture.
thanks!
waiting your reply ,there prices are nearly the same .
