Fujifilm FinePix W3
Editor's Review
The W3 is Fujifilm's latest stereoscopic camera, a dual-lens, dual-sensor compact point-and-shoot with the ability to capture 3D images and videos. The hardware puts it a step ahead of the handful of competitors that it has on the market, and for a second try at a brand-new format, it hits many marks. Still, there's a long way to go before a camera like this is a viable option for most consumers; 3D TV will have to catch on in a big way first. Of course, it can still shoot in 2D and offers the image quality of any run-of-the-mill shooter, but you probably don't want to pay $499 for a boring 10 megapixel, 3x zoomer, right? Fujifilm FinePix W3 Comments & Questions (write your own!)
start preserving them NOW? I will wait for a while until an affordable 3d projector comes out. The biggest problem with the W3 is more about the lack of viable playback and storage solution by Fuji, e.g. They should offer direct copy to and playback from an attached HDD via the W3, and there should be a remote included
