The "pj" here stands for "projector", for the S1200pj actually includes a built-in projector for displaying images or a supported Apple device. While the projector is brighter and displays larger than the S1100's, unfortunately the imaging half of the camera is decidedly overpriced. With an average 14.1 megapixel CCD and slow 5x zoom, the S1200pj's image quality can barely compete with cameras costing half as much. If you absolutely need a projector in your camera, this is your best and only bet. Otherwise, save your money and buy something better.
