Editor's Review

The FZ-150 may not have the enormous zoom range of some of its competitors(and how often do you really need 1000mm, Nikon?), but it makes up for that shortcoming with its truly impressive image quality. The FZ-series has always been at the top of the extended zoom game, and this model further solidifies its rightful spot among the best. While the zoom range is the same as the cheaper FZ47, the FZ-150 has a much better CMOS sensor that makes it the clear winner in low light and a swivel 3-inch LCD. Other features include 1080p HD video, stereo sound recording, a bright f2.8 25mm wide-angle, and an electronic viewfinder. It's definitely an expensive camera, however, and the lack of a GPS is surprising.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150 Reviews

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150 Reviews by Digital Camera-HQ Users

Panasonic produces cameras that provide both a longer zoom range and image stabilization at a price that's relatively cheap. This undoubtedly helps the Panasonic digital cameras fulfill the demands of photographers that desire versatility in small packages. Having something for amateurs and serious enthusiasts at the same time, Panasonic has a great selection of digital cameras, from ultra compacts to mirrorless cameras. They can be hard to compare as every camera comes with its own unique features and traits.

Users who prefer to use automatic modes will find Panasonic digital cameras very useful. The camera will automatically select the perfect scene mode for a given subject through use of the iAuto feature, which is standard for close to all Panasonic cameras currently produced. This feature, combined with image stabilization will make it very easy for novices to take excellent photos.

Panasonic cameras are designed to be ease to figure out, providing the user with easy access to settings, and Panasonic digital camera reviews by users reflect this fact. When you choose a Panasonic camera, you'll discover that it possesses an LCD screen, an optical zoom lens which is very versatile, and is both lightweight and reasonably compact.

There are some excellent choices among Panasonic's cameras, most notably the Panasonic Lumix ZS20. This Panasonic digital camera includes a 20x optical zoom lens, a GPS tracker, and image stabilization to ensure steady shots even at the long end of the zoom range. Panasonic has included manual modes but the automatic modes and iAuto mode make the camera a perfect choice for amateurs as well. Although the image quality is not the best on the market, it still holds its own in regards to many competitors and that in combination with its other features makes it a great deal.
