Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX1
The Panasonic GX1 looks to impress with speedy autofocus and lots of physical controls.
By Hillary Grigonis, Last updated on: 6/19/2014

The GX1 is in many ways the successor to original GF1, a well-built micro 4/3 model that, due to impressive image quality and a high level of external controls, was a hit among the enthusiast crowd. The GX1 builds upon that success and, due to its very good 16 megapixel sensor and ultra-fast autofocus, is one of the best mirrorless cameras on the market. The Micro 4/3s lens lineup is also quite robust by now, with far more choices than the competition, so you'll have no trouble pursuing your creative vision.
