Editor's Review

Coming in on the low end of Panasonic's superzooms, the LZ20 could be a decent budget option for those who crave a 21x optical zoom in an SLR form factor. The competition in the segment from the likes of Nikon and Fujifilm is fierce, and frankly little stands out (perhaps price?) about the LZ20 in particular. The LZ20 relies on a 16.1 megapixel CCD sensor, which is able to output 720p HD video and a paltry 1.2fps burst mode. Because there's no built-in viewfinder, all your composing must be done via the 3-inch LCD.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ20 Reviews

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ20 Reviews by Digital Camera-HQ Users

If you're trying to find a camera with a longer zoom range and image stabilization for a cost that's affordable, Panasonic has many cameras that will suit you. For photographers that desire versatility in a small package, Panasonic digital cameras can provide many viable selections. Providing something for amateurs and serious enthusiasts at the same time, Panasonic has a wide range of digital cameras, from ultra compacts to mirrorless cameras. They are hard to compare since each camera comes with its own distinctive attributes and traits.

Panasonic cameras are great for consumers who enjoy using automatic modes. The camera will automatically pick the perfect scene mode for a certain subject with the iAuto feature, which is standard for almost all Panasonic cameras made today. This feature, in combination with image stabilization will really help beginners take photos that look great.

By providing users with easy access to settings, reviews are correct in pointing out that Panasonic cameras are created for maximum ease of use. If you purchase a Panasonic camera, you will see that it has an LCD screen, an optical zoom lens which is very versatile, and is both lightweight and very compact.

The Panasonic Lumix ZS20 is one of the many notably excellent choices among Panasonic cameras. This Panasonic digital camera includes a 20x optical zoom lens, a GPS tracker, and image stabilization to ensure steady shots even at the long end of the zoom range. Panasonic has included manual modes but the automatic modes and iAuto mode make the camera a perfect choice for amateurs as well. Although the image quality is not the best on the market, it still holds its own in regards to many competitors and that in combination with its other features makes it a great deal.
